I had a mixed experience at this hotel in Menorca. The rustic rooms with high ceilings needed updating, especially the shower and bathroom. The nights were quite hot, and the air conditioning wasn't effective. On the bright side, the hotel's central location in Ciutadella was outstanding.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully practical, making it one of the most enjoyable stays I've had. The breakfast in the lovely courtyard was a daily treat, but the bathroom could use some updating in the Spa area.
